To maintain these five elements through the life of the equipment Medtek utilises a service program called Sysbiz Vision Service Master which has the capacity to:

  • Track by: Unique ID, Asset No, Customer, Location and Description
  • Maintain History Records throughout the life of the equipment
  • Maintain Planned Service Schedules
  • Establish & Recall Contract Information
  • Provide Service Documentation utilising Crystal Reporting and Export into PDF, Word, XL etc.
  • Record Install Dates and Monitor Warranty Periods
  • Maintain Key Performance Indicators
  • Control Stock Movements and Suppliers

Medtek has affiliations with many leading medical equipment manufacturers and suppliers which enables the company to always remain at the cutting edge of technology and our Field Service Engineers are constantly undertaking training to maintain their skills at the highest level.
